ClaremoreFlowers.com is the website for Claremore Flowers, a FloristsChoice, Inc. affiliate, serving Claremore, Oklahoma (OK), and the surrounding area.  We are real florists located in Claremore, Oklahoma (OK), managing a family owned business in our 22st year of operation. We give every order personal attention to make sure your floral message is properly handled. Our affiliation with FTD® and Teleflora® assures you of quality products, professionalism, and outstanding service. Throughout our 22 year history we have earned a reputation for exceptional quality and uncompromised customer service. Your order will receive individualized, personal care and service.

How do I know my order was received?
All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. We also use email to communicate with you regarding an order. If your email is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you at the phone number(s) you provide if there are any processing or delivery issues, but we will not attempt to contact you to confirm receipt of your order. If you desire written communication regarding your order we must have a valid email address.

Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.  You may also use a Debit Card to place an order.

Currency
All transactions are in US currency. All orders are subject to a 9% sales tax.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 2 hours of placing your order. We will cancel your order provided the order has not been scheduled for delivery or been delivered. Any order cancelled after 2 hours of placement will be charged a $9.95 cancel fee.

Returns and Refunds
ClaremoreFlowers.com is committed to providing the best customer service possible to you.  We believe as real florists we understand and appreciate the concerns internet customers have about placing an order online and the handling and delivery of the order to the recipient. To assure fair and proper handling of orders, we have established the following return/refund policy to provide a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed.

If we are notified that an order was not delivered properly,  we are allowed 24 hours to determine what occurred. In many cases delivery was attempted but  the recipient was not home or at the delivery location to accept delivery. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurred. If we attempted delivery then we are allowed to reschedule the delivery with the recipient.

If it is determined that we did not attempt to make the delivery, it is our policy to provide you with a refund if you so desire.

Quality
ClaremoreFlowers.com provides a 24 hour quality and freshness guarantee on all flowers, plants and food baskets ordered through our website.  If there are questions concerning the quality or freshness of a delivered product, contact should be made directly to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be glad to replace the product in most cases. To request a replacement we must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not contacted within 24 hours of delivery, no replacement or refund will be made. Please remember flowers, plants, and food products are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to provide responsible and reasonable care to the product they receive.

If an order is filled and it is determined that inappropriate or unauthorized substitution has occurred, we reserve the right to replace the item with the correct item.

Refusal or Errors
ClaremoreFlowers.com is not responsible for orders where the recipient refuses to accept the delivery. ClaremoreFlowers.com will not issue refunds to customers where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept an item.

ClaremoreFlowers.com reserves the right to reject any order where the sender does not identify themselves to the sender.

ClaremoreFlowers.com is not liable for customer errors that result in over-ordering or duplicate ordering. ClaremoreFlowers.com makes ever effort to review orders for duplicates or multiple quantities of an item but we do not guarantee, nor are we liable, for any order sent out as the customer ordered. Customers must notify us within 2 hours of any errors made placing orders.

Fraudulent orders
ClaremoreFlowers.com reserves the right to reject any order that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. Your billing address and or CV2 code must match with your credit card provider. If we come up with a no match – we will attempt to contact you for further clarification. The IP address of the computer which an order if placed from is recorded on each order to help reduce fraudulent use of credit and debit cards.
